Returns & refunds

Every Dorigami piece is made to order by hand, so we want you to love it.

Ready-made designs

Wall art, shelf art and mini origami that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email hi@dorigami.co to start a return. Once we receive the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Personalised items

Custom name signs, photo lithophanes, custom pins and anything made with your name, photo or colours can't be returned, because they're made just for you. We always send a preview for lithophanes before printing.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email hi@dorigami.co within 7 days with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you, at no cost.

Celebration bookings

The booking deposit holds your date. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the event. After that, it's non-refundable because we've started making your pieces.
